My stay at the Carnegie Inn was fantastic! The beautiful atmosphere and attention to detail made for a luxurious experience, and the restaurant dining was truly exceptional. I felt completely relaxed and pampered throughout my visit. However, I wish there were more hours for breakfast as I would have loved to enjoy that gourmet experience a bit longer.

My experience at the Carnegie Inn and Spa was quite disappointing, primarily due to the lack of communication and poor management regarding my spa gift certificate. While I found the atmosphere appealing and the dining at the Carnegie House was exceptional with friendly service, the unavailability and eventual closure of the spa, coupled with poor responses from management regarding my refund, overshadowed my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed, especially for those looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our weekend stay at Carnegie Inn & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the stunning views of the golf course to the outstanding dining experience, every detail contributed to a relaxing getaway. The staff's attentiveness and warmth made us feel special, while the overall atmosphere was inviting and serene. However, I wish the hours for breakfast were extended a bit later for those wanting to sleep in.

Our stay at Carnegie House was absolutely delightful, offering a peaceful retreat with a touch of luxury. The standout feature was definitely the dining at Paul Kendeffy’s Chef’s Table, where the food was exceptional and the overall experience memorable. However, we were disappointed by the issues with the spa services, as it left us feeling frustrated about our gift certificate. Overall, this hotel is wonderful for a luxurious getaway with some hiccups in amenities.

While the hotel has stunning culinary offerings and exceptional service that truly stands out, the overall experience felt lacking due to outdated decor and absence of spa amenities. The gourmet dining is definitely a highlight, especially the Chef’s Table, but the aesthetic changes and missing spa facilities were disappointing. Overall, it was a mixed experience with both highlights and room for improvement.
